Seasons’ Effect on Health and Lifestyle
Imam Ali Rezaasws says: In September, the air becomes cold but (is still) refreshing.
Recommended: Eating sweets and the moderate use of lean meats, vegetables and easy to digest foods with a good aroma.
Avoid: The intake of beef and the excessive use of grilled/barbecue meat, as well as frequent bathing. Also some fruits and vegetables including watermelon and cucumber.
