Sahl Bin Ziyad, from one of his companions, from Wasil Bin Suleyman, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said,
‘We mentioned the ring of Rasool-Allah-saww, so he-asws said: ‘Would you love it if I-asws were to show it to you?’ So I said, ‘Yes’. So he-asws called for a sealed covering, so he-asws opened it and brought out a cotton sheet, so there was a silver ‘حَلْقَةُ’ ring and in it was embedded a black stone, and upon it was inscribed in two lines – “Muhammad-saww, Rasool-saww, Allah-azwj”’. Then he-asws said: ‘The stone of the Prophet-saww was black’’.[1]
And from him, from Al-Sakuny,
From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘The sole (bottom) of the sword of Rasool-Allah-saww and its hilt was of silver, and between that was a ‘حَلَقٌ’ ring of silver, and Rasool-Allah-saww wore am amount, and accompanied it, and in it were three rings of silver in its front, and two in its back’’.[3]

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al Hajjaj who said,
Abu Abdullah-asws was seated in a ‘حَلْقَةُ’ circle of Rabi’e Al-Raie, so a Bedouin came over. So he asked Rabi’e Al-Raie a question. So, he answered him. So when he was silent, the Bedouin said to him, ‘It is upon your neck’. So Rabi’e was silent from it and did not respond anything over it. So he repeated the question to him. So he answered with similar to that (previously). So the Bedouin said to him, ‘Is it upon your neck?’ So Rabi’e was silent. So, Abu Abdullah-asws said to him: ‘It is upon his neck, or he should not be saying it; and every Mufti (Fatwa issuer) is responsible’.[2]
