Calmness
In a lengthy supplication by the 6th Imam-asws:
O Allah-azwj! Gather between us and Muhammad-saww, may Your-azwj Salawaat be upon him-as and his-saww Progeny-asws in the coolness of life, and the coolness of comfort, and the settled bounties, and coolness of the souls, and fulfilment of desires, and the blissful pleasures, and in the hope for virtue, ‘الطُّمَأْنِينَةِ’ in the sight of tranquillity, in the honour of dignity, in the delight of the eyes, in the splendour of bounties, and in a joy unlike the joys of this world…!’ (an extract).[1]
