Mubāḥ (مُبَاحٌ)

Permissible, Legalised

وَ عَنْهُ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ: صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ كُلُّهُ مُبَاحٌ لِلْمُحْرِمِ وَ الْمُحِلِّ وَ يَأْكُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَ يَتَزَوَّدُ مِنْهُ‏

And from him-asws, he-asws said: ‘Prey of the seal, all of it is ‘مُبَاحٌ’ legalised for the consecrated one and the de-consecrated one, and the consecrated one can eat and provide from it’.[1]
